The data available on tourism and leisure are plentiful, organizations across all sectors are engaged in research on these issues. However, it is not always easy to find the precise information you need. The Research Centre for Coastal Tourism gathers together the most important figures and provides them to you in easy-reference lists. The data are arranged by sector or region. Trends & developments

Today’s society is constantly changing, new trends and developments succeed each other at rapid pace. Tourism and leisure behaviour are strongly affected by trends in society. But what are the trends and developments that may be important to you? The Research Centre for Coastal Tourism has listed them for you in its annual ‘Trendrapport Toerisme’ (in Dutch). Barometer & Thermometer

As from 2012, the Research Centre for Coastal Tourism will follow developments in the tourism industry even closer. The ‘Tourist barometer ’ will present the quarterly occupancy rates of the holiday accommodation sector in Zeeland.
